Work went by pretty fast today. I got one estimate pretty much finished and a couple more I need to work on tomorrow. I hope the rest of the week goes by fast.
Really not much else to write about. I started watching "Twilight" tonight but just couldn't get into it so I turned it off and watched "Tremors 2" instead. I needed to get "twilight" watched so I could send it back to netflix. Its been sitting around the house now for a couple of weeks. Tomorrow morning its going in the mailbox back to netflix.

Good Game Deal
Today starts Best Buy's $10 game sale and I was hoping to pick up a couple of games but I was unlucky. I wanted to get the Singstar Country bundle and Silent Hill Homecoming. I needed the bundle because I need new mics but my best buy had none left. The same thing goes for silent hill. I think I'm gonna import the wireless mics. My blue wired mic doesn't work anymore so I haven't been able to play singstar. Its been sad. I did pick up Grand Theft Auto China Town wars for $15. They have the game on sale this week for $20 and I had a $5 reward zone coupon. I have to say for $15 its a great game. I've played it for a couple of hours today.
The weather has been great this weekend, with a few rain showers. Yesterday I did some work out in the yard and we put out some solor landscape lights. Today haven't really did any work out in the yard but did go down to Coloma to an antique mall. It was a clutter store. It didn't have the kind of clutter I like. I need to get back into my Funko collecting.
I'm watching the Indy car race from Kansas right now. Its so nice to watch it in HD on versus. I didn't even know we got Versus HD until last night when I was going through the channels. After the race is done I might run out to wal-mart or meijer. I need to restock the kitchen along with the chest freezer I got last weekend.
I took some pictures around the house the other night. I gotta get them posted. I might do that tonight. If I do I'll put a link on here to them.

The weekend is over
I'm ending my weekend like I do every weekend. I'm in front of the tv watching celebrity apprentice. I missed the first few weeks of the show but have been watching it the last month or so. My favorite has to be Joan Rivers. I hope she makes it all the way to the end. I've noticed in the past few weeks that its pretty predictable who stays and who goes. Trump is pretty much looking at the losing team and picks the least popular person to go home. Its pretty smart for him and the producers. You don't want to get rid of your most famous and leave boring nobodies to win.
Friday night after work the weather was perfect and I went outside and cleaned out one of the flower beds in front of the house. The bed was a mess with leaves and left over dead plants from last summer. There were also some daffodils and other plants coming back and I wanted to start from scratch. I got everything cleaned out and then planted some new bulbs. I picked up a 100 pack of mixed bulbs and planted them. I then put down some new mulch. The bed looks a lot better now and when the bulbs grow it will look really good this summer.
Saturday I woke up and was sore all over. I guess the couple of hours I spent working in the yard was harder on my body than I thought. I spent all day taking it easy and lucky me had to go to work for 4 hours. When I got home from work I laid down in bed and stayed there all night. I did get some gaming in. I picked up Kingdom Hearts 2 on clearance at Target last week so I started playing that.
Today I woke up feeling a lot better and did some cleaning around the house. The weather was dreary so we spent most of the day inside. We did venture out to Menards and picked up a chest freezer for the house. It's going to be nice to be able to buy a lot of stuff when its on sale and have a place to store it all. Its always been a problem before because I could never load up on good deals because once I got home I knew it was going to be hard to put everything away.
I'm not looking forward to Monday morning getting here but I gotta go to work so I can make some moola.

As the Blogger Rolls
Yeah so Its been a few weeks since the last post. I've been busy with work the last couple of weeks. I think right now I have 6 or 7 estimates to do. I'm hoping tomorrow I will be able to catch up on a few more of them. While its nice to have lots to do at work, it sucks because its taking me so long to get them done.
The weather is finally getting nice, I have to work Saturday afternoon but the rest of the weekend I'm hoping to be outside working in the yard. We are going to start a garden. We got some seeds last weekend to plant in the garden once the weather is right. This weekend we need to get the yard cleaned up. I need to get rid of all the old dead plants that we didnt get cleaned up in the fall. As well as the branches and leaves. I also need to get some bulbs planted in one of the flower beds.
A few weeks ago I got an email from Netflix telling me they were going to raise my monthly fee if I wanted to keep blu-ray movies. I wasn't going to pay an additional $4 a month for the access so I dropped back down to just standard dvd's. It sucks I can't rent the movies in hi-def but at least the PS3 does a really good job of up convertings dvds so I can survive. This paragraph is all over the place and doesn't make sense. I'm just rambling. I just started watching Silent Hill on dvd. I hope I don't get too scared.

Spring is here
Yay for spring and the warmish weather. Last night I started running. We would walk a couple of minutes then run a minute and then walk and run and walk then. I was set to do it again tonight but my andy wanted to take the night off and relax his legs. Tomorrow I'll be back to running.
Tonight we made dinner, were cutting back going out to eat. My goal this week is no fast food at work. Its going to be hard to go a week without a mc griddle but I think I will make it. I know my wallet will be a lot happier. I really really want to get into cooking. I can do a little but I really want to get rolling into it.
I just got done cleaning the kitchen the floor. We had friends over this weekend and it was a mess. I don't really remember much of saturday night because I had a little too much to drink. Smirnoff Melon and Apple Pucker are a very delicious and deadly combination.
Tonight I gotta head to bed early tonight because I have to be up at 5am for work because I have a meeting at 6. Its going to be a long day but I have a lot I need to get done at work.

Back in the Saddle
So long since I've updated. I think the last time I blogged I was just starting to repaint my bedroom. Well its been a few weeks and the room is finished and looking good with the furniture I got Ikea. Now I have to go through all the shit I had in there and figure what I need to keep and what I can get rid of. Gotta start getting stuff together for a garage sale.
Finally after ordering it a month ago my singstar 3 from the UK finally arrived. I ordered it from CDWow and it was on backorder. I played it last night for a couple of hours along with Disney Sing it. I think the next game I'm gonna buy is Disney Sing It High School Musical.
Today I had to work in the morning and it went by pretty quick. We were busy and I didn't get a chance to sit down at my desk. I have a lot of work to do when I get to work monday. Hopefully the rest of tonight and tomorrow goes by really slow.

Good Morning
Its another saturday morning and I'm laying in here in bed watching some TV. My second Roku Netflix box arrived yesterday and this one actually worked. I gotta sent the first one back on monday. I thought I had another one but this time the HDMI chord I bought to use with the box was bad. I'm gonna have to take the chord back to Menards and get a different one.
Last night I went out after work with some friends for a co-worker's going away party. It was a lot of fun and I had a lot more to drink than I had planned. After wayside Jenn dropped me off at home and I laid down for a little bit then went out to Metro with my roomates. The bar sucked last night. It was dead and full of blah. I only had a beer and a couple of shots there. I couldn't do any more drinking last night.
Today I have to work my Saturday afternoon shift. I hope it goes by fast. I have a few things I need to do and that should help pass the time. Then tonight I have to go to a friends bday party. That should be fun. I gotta try to keep myself good tonight because I plan on getting up around 8ish tomorrow so I can go to Ikea and finally get bedroom furniture to finish up my room.
